Motorola is a company trying to get its ground on the android market but they have not been able to satisfy their users that much but they still have lots of fans who are interested in their smartphones.
Recently, the Moto X has been one of the popular smartphones manufactured by Motorola over some years. Many people who loved the Moto X smartphones for its outstanding features are now excited on the upcoming 2016 release of their favorite phone. We are not to be surprised that Motorola a Lenovo’s subsidiary will decide to drop Moto X 2016. Reports flying around the web signifies that Motorola will be dropping their X series of smartphone.
The report we got from Venture Beat, signifies that Motorola may decide to stop using the Moto X brand for its smartphone releases in 2016. Instead of the traditional Moto X which Motorola’s customers have been used to, the company will be using Moto Z as a substitute.
The report which I got from marketing material from an article of a well-known leaker Evan Blass aka @evleaks on Twitter thus it does have rigid credibility.
Just this year we have seen a smartphone manufacturing company make a change regarding the branding of their flagship smartphone. HTC used to release its flagship smartphone as the HTC One but just this year they renamed it to HTC 10.
According to Gotta Be Mobile, the Moto Z will possibly be released on the June 9th event by Motorola so it will be interesting to see if they indeed use the new branding. The Moto X or the Moto Z is expected to pack some outstanding features and will surely be one of the most wanted Android smartphones this year.
